Advanced Search                                                Search the MLS

The Advanced Search function is located under the "Search" button on the bottom left of your screen when you scroll down.  This function offers more options to be defined in your search criteria.  Try it  and see if it helps you refine your search results.

Select an Area:
Click on the down arrow and select the area you wish to search.

            THEN

Search by the MLS number:
Enter the MLS number.

            -OR-

Select City/Cities:
Scroll through the list of Cities.  Click on the name of the city you want to search.  If you would like to search in more than one city, click on the first city name, hold the "Ctrl" button down on your keyboard, scroll to the next city name and click, repeat this procedure until you have identified all subsequent cities you would like to search.

            -OR-

Select Zip Code(s):
Scroll through the list of zip codes.  Click on the zip code you want to search.  If you would like to search in more than one zip code, click on the first zip code, hold the "Ctrl" button down on your keyboard, scroll to the next zip code and click, repeat this procedure until you have identified all subsequent zip codes you would like to search.

            -OR-

Search by Thomas Brothers Map Coordinates:
Enter page number. 
Enter side (A to J).
Enter top (1 - 7).

You can search using this criteria only. Click on the Search button.
Or you can make your search more specific by indicating all or some of the following information (much as you would have already done on the standard search model) and clicking on search when you are finished.

No Minimum Price:
If you wish to restrict the number of results in your search criteria, click on the down arrow of the "No Minimum Price" criteria and identify the minimum price by selecting an appropriate dollar amount.

No Maximum Price:
To identify the highest price range to search in, click on the down arrow to the right of "No Maximum Price" and identify the highest price by selecting a dollar amount.

Lot square footage:
Click on the down arrow to the right of "minimum" under "Lot square footage" and click on the minimum lot square footage you desire.

Square Footage:
Click on the down arrow to the right of "minimum" under "Square Footage" and click on the minimum square feet you would like to have.

Year Built:
If you wish to answer the questions "built as early as" and "built as late as" click on the arrows to the right of them and then click on the appropriate year.

Property type:
Select the property type by clicking on the name.  If you would like to search more than one property type, click on the first property type, hold the "Ctrl" button down on your keyboard, scroll to the next property type and click, repeat this procedure until you have identified all subsequent property types you would like to search.

Pool:
Click on the down arrow to the right of "any" under "Pool" and click on any, yes or no.

Stories:
Click on the down arrow to the right of "Stories" and click on stories (meaning any), single or multiple.

Bedrooms:
Click on the down arrow to the right of "Bedrooms" and click on the minimum number of bedrooms.
